One day I was listening to NPR radio and heard an interview with Ina Garten, Barefoot Contessa, she was talking about her journey of careers and entertaining that got her to where she is today Food Celebrity. It made me start thinking about myself and my journey. I own and run a Personal Training Fitness Facility, I love to work with people and help them find the perfect way to be and stay healthy and fit as a lifestyle. When not at work I love to open my home to family and friends with fun parties or relaxing weekends and always lots of cooking in the kitchen sharing good food and drink. Many Sunday mornings you would think it was a Bed and Breakfast. I came up with the idea to combine my passions "Entertain, Eat and Exercise". So, now I look forward to where it will take me in my journey of life. I am always looking for new ideas of cooking and ways to make exercise fun and look forward to sharing this with you, who ever you are. Enjoy Life!
